Technical fields

Aude started her career in 1998 and has been working since then in different IP consulting firms. She joined ATOUT PI LAPLACE (formerly Marks & Clerk France) in July 2020. Her areas of expertise are Trademarks, Designs and Domain Names, from the availability search to the obtaining of the right and its defense. Aude has assisted a State, individuals, associations and companies of all sizes in sectors as diverse as IT, defense, transportation, audiovisual production, real estate and the luxury industry. In the luxury sector (more specifically in the fields of leather goods, jewelry, watches, pens, scarves, perfumes...), she started her career by working essentially for a large Group on the elaboration of a strategy for the protection and defense of rights (trademarks, models and copyrights). She was also in charge of customs surveillance and litigation involving the trademarks and designs of this large Group. During all these years, she was able to work in collaboration with lawyers and bailiffs within the framework of litigation in counterfeiting and unfair competition. She has taken part in numerous seizures for infringement, both in attack and in defense, and in numerous UDRP proceedings on behalf of her clients.
